Giving a presentation over Visual Nexus
Visual Nexus has a special mode for giving PowerPoint presentations. Everybody in the meeting must have PowerPoint loaded on their computer to be able to see the presentation.
To start PowerPoint sharing you must activate the ‘Share Document’ Toolbar by clicking the presentation icon on the Meeting Manager.. This will open the PowerPoint sharing bar.

You first need to locate the document you wish to share by clicking the ‘Select Document’ icon to display the ‘Select Document’ screen. Click the Browse […] button on the screen and browse for the PowerPoint document that you wish to share, and click [Open]. Now click [Send] on the ‘Select Document’ screen to send to all participants and start the presentation.
Once the PowerPoint presentation has been distributed and displayed a new set of tools are available to help with the presentation and to annotate the slides.

The presentation mode also has a pointer and a set of annotation tools to help when giving a presentation.
