Giving a presentation over Visual Nexus - using annotation
When you are giving a PowerPoint presentation over Visual Nexus you have a set of annotation tools available to you on the PowerPoint sharing bar. Click on the annotation tool you need and use your mouse to draw or point on the slide. You are not actually changing the original slide. If you want to keep a copy of what has been drawn on the slide you must click on the capture button.
One of the most useful tools is the pointer. Click on the turn pointer on button and you will see a green pointer at the top left of the window. Pick up the pointer by clicking on it with your mouse and the drag it to the point on the slide you want to point to.
