The Subscription model

Subscribing to the Visual Nexus service provides you with your own private area on the virtual meeting service, just as if you had installed your own system. You can create accounts in your private area, enabling your staff to connect to the service.  You are also provided with private virtual meeting rooms that your staff can schedule .

To get started on the Visual Nexus service, an organization subscribes to a minimum of 5 concurrent users.  This allows any 5 individuals within the organization to be simultaneously in face to face calls or to be in virtual meetings. Within the monthly subscription package there is no set limit to the number of individual accounts that you can create.  Nor is there a limit to the number of online users within an organization.

The basic package entitles users to make as many calls as they want to. Individuals in an organization can either connect to the Visual Nexus service using the supplied software or via a standard’s based video conferencing room system.

There is a minimum subscription period of 3 months and more concurrent users can be added to the subscription in quantities of 5.
